Five Things you Need to Exercise at Home


  • These 5 things are easy to use while you are watching t.v. 
  • If you have a Wii, I recommend E.A. Active game. It has premade workouts and acts as your own personal trainer. There is an additional disc that includes "more workouts" which has many cardio exercises. While you play, you could use the workout step and ankle weights for added intensity. 
  • Instructional videos, such as P90x, are great to use at home. (P90x requires work out bands or free weights and a pull up bar).
  • For those of you who have Netflix ($9.00 per month gets you unlimited instant videos and DVDs in the mail), you can add workout videos to your "Instant Que". 
  • Wear ankle weights on walks or around the office for a little boost.
