Has anyone tried "Better 'n Peanut Butter"?
It is at HyVee in the health foods section and has 100 calories for 2 tablespoons (1/2 as much as regular peanut butter) It is still over 2x as many calories aas PB2. The advantage it has over PB2 is that it is already made in the jar so you don't have to mix it yourself. If you have tried this I am interested to see what you think of it versus PB2.
Slimacados are on sale at HyVee, 2/ $5.00. These have 1/3 less fat than regular avocados.
If you currently buy prepackaged nuts and dried fruit, try buying them from the bulk food dispensers, many are a lot cheaper.
